There is a famous Peter Drucker quote that says that:
"culture eats strategy for breakfast",
I dunno if that's true or not, but here's something I do know:
Bottlenecks Eat Culture (and strategy) for Breakfast
In a bad way.
That's because:
This years culture is determined by the last quarter's profits.
Unmanaged Bottlenecks are profit thieves.
Embezzlers.
They squeeze budgets. They steal profits. They create a culture of (unnecessary) scarcity. They destroy jobs.
They turn cultures sour.
The opposite is true:
If you want a nicer workplace, find your bottlenecks, manage them, make more money. Smile.
My two-week course is a wonderful place to learn how to do that:
Just saying!
