Hello again,
Here’s the recording from last week’s talk where I ran through the ATM method:
Here are a few comments viewers sent to me:
Great session today. I learnt a lot. I’ve heard you mention “U-shaped teams” and “inverted pyramids” before but never quite got the concepts as clearly as today.
Just a quick note to say I enjoyed your session on Wednesday! Your delivery and content were entertaining and informative. Congrats on your model too. It is so hard to get the mot juste, especially with both the negative/positive or before/after pairs. You nailed it!
Thanks Clarke, really enjoyed this and your books
Wonderful session, thank you!
Great and engaging session Clarke! Love the model, so few words saying so much all clearly laid out and structured.

I share the comments so you have a little evidence that the session is a worthwhile investment of your time.
It’s 1h45m long and there is a lot of useful material.
Yesterday one of the folk who joined live told me that he’d already shared the “espresso principle” with his IT director. It’s a really simple idea, that is startlingly non-obvious until … it’s obvious.
I’m running a session on Dollarization and Benefits Engineering in a couple of weeks … more details to follow.
Oh, and, if you’ve got a moment … click replay and say hello!
