THREE - My friend "Jurassic Mark" sent an urgent message on Friday night, saying that the Aurora was showing off and that I should go point my phone towards the south, and take a picture. He uses this iPhone app to alert him. It works in both hemispheres. This is the first photo I took (from outside my kitchen window):

Isnt it amazing what you can achieve with a good phone, a good friend, and no talent...
